Participants need to book own Paris hotel (or Longyearbyen if skipping Paris). Full-board accommodation on the icebreaker is included.
ACCOMMODATION IN Paris
Please arrive in Paris at least one night prior to the Paris-Longyearbyen flight on July 26, 2024. You can choose from a range of accommodation options at Paris CDG Airport, or alternatively, you may book a hotel in downtown Paris.
Note: There is an option to opt out of the Paris-Longyearbyen flight and arrange your own flight to Longyearbyen. If you choose this option, the airfare for the Paris-Longyearbyen leg will be deducted from your registration fee. In this case, you need to book your accommodation in Longyearbyen before boarding the icebreaker on July 26, 2024. Longyearbyen offers a wide variety of accommodation choices, ranging from charming guesthouses to high-quality hotels.
