Accommodation
Participants need to book own Paris hotel (or Longyearbyen if skipping Paris). Full-board accommodation on the icebreaker is included.
Please arrive in Paris or Longyearbyen by July 26, 2027 (one day before embarkation) and arrange your own accommodation at Paris CDG Airport or in Longyearbyen.
Optional Add-On Flights: Round-trip group flights between Paris and Longyearbyen are available for USD 2,700 per person. Flights depart CDG airport on July 27 and return on August 8. Airport transfers and sightseeing in Longyearbyen, if time permits, are included.
If you do not select this option, you must arrange your own flight to Longyearbyen and accommodation before boarding the icebreaker on July 27.
